What are Referrals?

Where can I find my referral link?

Your referral code is accessible on your Points page. From your account page, go to Points page and see your referral code on the top right. You can also copy the link and share it to your friends.

Who can I gift the 20 points?

Only people that are not already signed up on the Rolljak app can benefit from your referral gift.

So when you share your referral link with someone, they will be taken to a sign-up form where they can register their account and claim your gift.

My referred user signed up without my referral code. Can we still get the points?

Yes! Your referred user can submit your referral code in their Account > Points page. On the top right, paste the code, then click Submit. You both will get the points!

When are the points credited to my account and your referred person’s account?

When the referred person sign up, your account will be credited 5 points and the person can get 20 points. When the referred person completed their first session, your account will be credited 15 points, so the total point of 1 referral is 20.

How do I keep track of my referrals?

You can see all the successful referrals you have made on the My Points table on the Points page. You will see both people that have claimed your gift, and those that have successfully completed their first session.

How do I redeem the points?

On the  My Points table, you will see the Redeem Rewards drop down to redeem your points for the Pro Tier Subscription. The minimum points to redeem is 60 for 1 month Pro Tier Subscription. See the table below for the detail:

Is there a limit to how many gifts I can give out?

Nope! You can share as many gifts as you want, which means you can earn infinite points!
